This document signifies the recipient is now an authorized Hurston Dynamics SENIOR CONTRACTOR and that they are entitled to all related privileges including a 5% payment bonus.

They will maintain this title until their next evaluation where they will be rated on contract performance and various other benchmarks. At such a time they will either be demoted or granted the rank of Operative with additional privileges.
