This document signifies the recipient is now an authorized Hurston Dynamics CONTRACTOR and that they are entitled to all related privileges.

They will maintain this title until their next evaluation where they will be rated on contract performance and various other benchmarks. At such a time they will either be demoted or granted the rank of Senior Contractor with additional privileges.
