This document signifies the recipient is now an authorized Hurston Dynamics ELITE OPERATIVE and that they are entitled to all related privileges including a 20% payment bonus.

They will maintain this title until their next evaluation where they will be rated on contract performance and various other benchmarks. At such a time they will either be demoted or granted the right to maintain this title.
